These terms govern your use of Ace, a study app for original SAT- and ACT-style practice.

Using Ace

Ace gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app for your own educational practice. Do not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or use Ace’s content to create a competing test-prep product.

Educational purpose

Ace is a practice tool, not a promise of any score, admission result, scholarship, or academic outcome. You remain responsible for your own preparation and testing decisions.

Subscriptions and purchases

Ace Plus is an optional auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple Account after any introductory offer. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in the app’s settings or in your Apple Account subscription settings.

Content and trademarks

Ace includes original, test-style practice questions. SAT is a trademark of the College Board, and ACT is a trademark of ACT, Inc. Ace is not affiliated with or endorsed by either organization.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the app, attempt to bypass paid features, or use the app in a way that harms other people or infringes someone else’s rights.

Availability and updates

We may update, change, or discontinue features to improve Ace, comply with law, or protect the app and its users. We will not use updates to remove an active paid entitlement except where Apple’s systems or applicable law require it.

Disclaimer and limits

Ace is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To that extent, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these terms and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Ace.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use Ace after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to bandplabsllc@gmail.com.

These terms are a practical launch policy for the current Ace app. Obtain advice from qualified counsel before expanding data collection, adding accounts, operating in additional regulated areas, or making material changes to pricing or service terms.
